Partnerships

Part of supporting our local community and sustainable wine efforts means partnering with others that share our values. We are proud to be affiliated with these organizations that have the passion and motivation for shaping the future of wine.

CampestreMAG

CampestreMAG is Esquina’s big sister. Campestre is a biannual wine zine (digital and print) focusing on the San Diego and Baja California wine community. The zine highlights global issues and local solutions — as well as local writers, businesses, and artists.

Porto Protocol Foundation

Porto Protocol Foundation is an international non-profit institution founded by Taylor’s Fladgate Port. The organization includes hundreds of members committed to making a greater contribution to mitigating the effects of climate change on the wine industry. Esquina supports The Porto Protocol’s principles and is proud to be a member of the foundation.

ReCork

ReCORK is North America’s largest natural cork recycling program that turns wine corks into sustainable raw materials used in consumer products. Esquina is stoked to be a ReCORK private collection partner and the first partner in San Diego.

Stay Classy Selections

Stay Classy Selections arose from Tami Wong's desire to put San Diego on the map as a world-class wine destination. The first wholesale distributor to feature San Diego County wines, she gravitates towards Earth-friendly, responsible farming and minimal intervention in the cellar but values transparency over dogma.

Wong is a celebrated former Sommelier, recognized by Wine & Spirits Magazine as the first San Diegan to be chosen as one of the six Best New Sommeliers of 2014. She is a champion for the San Diego wine community and advocates for transparent winemaking as a founder of NatDiego, San Diego's fun-loving natural wine festival.

Esquina is thrilled to bring Stay Classy Selections to you! Enjoy!
