Esquina is an online wine shop in San Diego built around one idea: good wine should fit your actual life. Not just dinner parties. Not just restaurants. Everywhere else too.

GGWC is how we make that happen four times a year.

What's in a drop

Cans, bagnums, boxes, and lightweight 1L bottles. Whatever format makes sense for the wines.

Notes on each producer. Not tasting notes. The real story.

A suggested occasion. Something specific, not "pairs well with chicken."

Why the format matters

Most wine clubs send you 750ml bottles and call it a day. Nothing wrong with that. But we started Esquina because we kept finding wines that deserved to be at the beach, on the boat, in the cooler, at the park, and there was nowhere to actually buy them.

GGWC is the thing we wanted to exist.

Every wine gets picked because it's good, because it travels, and because it has a story worth telling. If it only works at a dinner table, it probably won't make the cut.
