Fernanda, a proud Baja native, took her passion for wine to the next level by earning her M.S. in enology, ampelology, and viticulture from Montpellier, France. She started her wine career in the lab at Tenuta Rapitala in Sicily and honed her craft as a cellar intern at Domaine La Croix Montjoie in Burgundy. Returning to her roots, Fernanda joined forces with Camillo Magoni as his assistant winemaker at Magoni Estate.

Fernanda's project, Pouya, is the ultimate blend of her extensive training, relentless hard work, and a deep love for Baja's unique terroir. Named after her great grandfather, a French scientist who fell for Baja's charm, Pouya is more than just wine; it's a tribute to heritage and innovation.
