Founded in 1950, Ferlat Silvano is located in the renowned DOC Friuli Isonzo with two young Friulian winemakers Federica Tabacchi and Moreno Ferlat at the helm. Together, they cultivate 7.5 hectares of vineyard useing organic farming methods.
In the vineyard, their mission is simple and clear: minimum environmental impact. The vineyards at Ferlat Silvano are completely grassed with herbs that grow spontaneously. Out of this respect for their land, they achieve wines with strong personality.
