This slightly effervescent Syrah rosé from Croatia’s Bibich is vivid, textured, and made for the moment—like drinking a Mediterranean sunset. It’s medium-bodied, slightly bubbly, and bursting with juicy red fruit (think strawberry, cherry, and crushed raspberry).

Made naturally and packed in a 250ml can with artwork by Leo Köhler, this rosé is equal parts art and attitude. It’s bold enough for dinner but playful enough for park hangs, beach days, or whatever’s next.

This now fully organic 21-hectare estate focuses on Riesling, but also produces some stunning Burgundian varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot noir.
