Still pouring when the sun goes down.

Djuce is a crew out of Stockholm that doesn’t own a single vine. They find growers they’d drink with anyway and bring the wine somewhere new. For this one they went to Meinklang, a family farm in Burgenland on the far eastern edge of Austria, close to the Hungarian border. Three white grapes stay on their skins long enough to turn the color of a late afternoon.

Picture a long table in somebody’s backyard. Someone’s working the grill, there’s a tin of something good open, and nobody is keeping track of whose turn it is to grab the next pour. It holds up next to spicy food and salty snacks, and it won’t run out before the conversation does.

Serve it cold, straight from the cooler.
