The red that makes dinner feel like a thing.

This comes from the Scandicci hills outside Florence, where the vineyards are surrounded by 1,000 hectares of Mediterranean forest. The ORA Collective is a group of Italian farmers doing regenerative agriculture -- farming in a way that puts something back into the land. Sangiovese, Cabernet, and Merlot, grown organically and blended into something with enough weight to hold up to food but enough freshness that you don't need a special occasion to open it.

This is the bottle for the group dinner you're hosting or the one you bring when you want to show up with something real. It's the fullest red in the 1L lineup -- good with anything off the grill, good with pasta, good with people who drink red wine and don't think much about it. They'll think about this one.

Open it 20 minutes before you eat. Worth it.

The ORA Collective is an Italian network of organic and regenerative farmers who believe that how you grow matters as much as what you grow. We drink where there’s no white linen service.

And we’d rather spend that time with people doing good work around here. Esquina collabs with Emo Brown, Business For Good, Sunshine Ranch, the San Diego Asian Film Festival, and more. Come to the next hang.
