This juicy liter of red comes from winemaker Jaume Colet, one of Catalonia’s rising stars and a founding member of VIDA PNDS. A blend of 55% Trepat and 45% Sumoll, it’s the kind of light, tart, crushable red that plays just as well on your patio as it does at your dinner table.

Sourced from vineyards in regenerative transition and made entirely from native Catalan grapes, this is GUSTO’s debut release—vibrant, low-intervention, and built for easy drinking. Fermented with wild yeast, unfiltered, and unfussy.

The result is three wines in liter bottles, all of them unapologetically drinkable. A rosado of trepat. A chillable red from sumoll and trepat that has no business being that good. A skin-contact xarello that's electric in the best way. These grapes have been filling tables around Barcelona for generations. They're just now making it to California, and they landed in exactly the right format.
