Crafted from 100% Pinot Grigio. Utilizing a bilateral Guyot training system with a plant density of 5000 plants per hectare, this wine yields around 80 quintals per hectare. The meticulous vinification involves de-stemming, pressing, and varying maceration periods to enhance complexity, followed by refinement on fine lees. Bottled in March, this wine boasts a bright coppery hue and delicate floral notes with hints of yellow fruit, cherry, and strawberry. On the palate, it is fresh and lively with a pleasing acidity, a mineral undertone, and a rich, enveloping flavor featuring pomegranate and naturally extracted tannins for added complexity.
