Triple B Ranches is a multigenerational family farm in Valley Center. The Broomells began farming hay, and citrus then started planting grapes with the original Viognier block behind the tasting room and winery about 20 years ago. Though not certified, they use organic practices in the vineyard and winery. All wines are spontaneously fermented in the tiny winery that naturally cold stabilizes the wines.
