Carbonic Carignan was produced from the 'Coyote Rock Block' on the Poor Ranch Vineyard in Hopland, Mendocino. Coyote Rock is the oldest block of Carignan on their property, planted in 1943. The grapes were hand-harvested on September 16, 2020. 100% whole cluster carbonic fermentation, with native yeast, in stainless steel. No sulfites were added, and the wine was finished unfined and unfiltered.
