Pet-nat of Colombard from Bibayoff vineyard in EL Porvenir. Made by method ancestral. Whole cluster direct press, no maceration, then cold clarified for twenty-four hours at Pouya in El Sauzal. Fermented and bottled at Bichi in Tecate, MX.
