Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for a short time on the skins and then are pressed gently using a pneumatic press and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Lightly fined and filtered, with SO2 additions appropriate for maintaining freshness in this format. 9k boxes made.

Mickaël is the third generation of the Marillier family to lead.
